The Benton County Canine Shelter strives to educate the community on the importance of responsible pet ownership and care, and believe that all dogs deserve to have a safe and caring environment before going to their forever families.

The Benton County Fairgrounds has many year-round facilities to accommodate nearly any event, for public and private use. We have a wide variety of buildings and outdoor spaces to fit your every need! Beautifully remodeled commercial buildings, Outdoor Arena and large grass lawns- we've got you covered!

Benton County's parks system is to provide recreational, educational, and conservation venues for the health, enjoyment, and enrichment of the community. Our County operates ten park units comprising over 2,000 acres of recreation and conservation area.

The Juvenile Justice Center is responsible for the provision of diversion, community supervision (probation), court, secure detention, and work crew services. The Center has a community garden that is tended to by juveniles, with food grown donated to local food banks.

The Building Division is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the State Building Code Act, the Benton County Code, and other regulations governing construction, alterations and use of new and existing buildings within unincorporated areas of Benton County.
