ATTENTION:
Benton County District Court will no longer accept payments through NCourt for traffic, criminal and civil cases beginning April 24, 2026 due to the transition to a new payment system. Cash and checks will still be accepted. The new payment system will go into effect on May 4, 2026. Additional information and instructions will be provided as we get closer to the transition date.
Payment by Mail or In Person
Payments may be in the form of money order, cashier checks, cash or personal check. To make payment arrangements on infractions you need to write a letter or come into the office.
