New Permitting Software & Services-Launching July 7, 2026

As part of Benton County’s ongoing efforts to modernize and enhance public services, the Benton County Community Development Department (Planning and Building Divisions), together with the Public Works Department, is transitioning to a new permitting software system scheduled to go live on July 7, 2026. Additional implementation details and timelines will be shared as the Go Live date approaches.

The County is implementing Tyler Technologies, an integrated platform designed specifically for government services including permit center functions, code enforcement, and more.

The new system will allow customers to apply for permits, track the status of applications, and receive updates from any device. This modernized platform is designed to streamline processes, improve communication, and provide faster, more convenient service.
