Benton County District Court does not hold in-person mitigation hearings.
You have 30 days from the date the ticket was issued to respond to the infraction.
You have 4 options to choose from to respond to a ticket:

- Attach a copy of your proof of insurance on the date of the infraction.

With PROOF OF INSURANCE at the time of the traffic stop, your infraction will be dismissed with a $25 administration fee.
