What We Do
The Housing Resource Center, formerly know as CES Coordinated Entry System, efficiently routes households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to the most appropriate provider among the network of homeless providers as quickly as possible.

Assistance Limits:
-Assistance may be provided once every six (6) months.
-Household must show ability to maintain rent after assistance
Allowable Assistance:
- Up to three (3) months of rent arrears.
- Late fees or landlord charges if allowed under CHG rules.
- Payments made directly to landlords only.
One (1) time only Legal fees and/or collections of past due rent.
