The Benton County Sheriff's Office Bureau of Law Enforcement is comprised of 71 commissioned deputies and 15 non-commissioned employees. All of the commissioned deputies and all of the non-commissioned employees fall under the direction of two Bureau Commanders. The Bureau consists of four divisions: Patrol Division, Detective Division, Civil Division, and Records Division. The Patrol and Detectives Division are under the direction of two lieutenants, while the Records Division is under the direction of the Record's Supervisor.
