All requests for records and reports generated by the statewide voter registration database must be submitted to and fulfilled by the Secretary of State, per RCW 42.56.425 . This includes all voter information (voter lists, matchback files, voting history information, etc.)  To contact the Secretary of State's Office, call 360-704-5220 or email PublicRecords@SOS.WA.gov.
