- All commercial, Industrial, and type U structures over 4,000 sq/ft will be charged a 65% plan review fee on the permit. Valuation is based on the 2020 Jan./Feb. Building Valuation Data (BVD) published by the International Code Council (ICC) in the Building Safety Journal. In the event the project is not covered, a contract price shall be provided.

- A State Building Code fee (currently $6.50) will be charged for each residential building permit and a fee of (currently $25.00) for each commercial building permit, issued by a county or city, plus an additional surcharge of $2.00 for each residential unit, but not including the first unit, on each building containing more than one residential unit, or per the most recent RCW adoption. REF.19.27
- Exempted permits from the State Building Code fees are: Excavation and grading, Plumbing and Mechanical, Special and Reinspection's, FAS and FAS reapplications that do not meet IRC or IBC Standards. Permits issued pursuant to the International Fire Code.
