E-Cycle Washington has a website that may be of assistance when trying to locate places in or around your area to recycle a variety of items, from appliances to plastic bags. Click on their link, 1800recycle.wa.gov for more information. The GIS Department has created an interactive map to help you find drop off locations and information about how to dispose of materials properly. Once there, use the “Materials Accepted” drop down to filter for the type of material you wish to dispose of and click on the point to find directions on how to get there.
The list below is another great place to start. Click on any of the common wastes and find out what waste disposal options are available to you. Whether it is through recycling, composting, repurposing, or other disposal means, our goal is to help you find solutions for your waste needs.
