The Benton Franklin Recovery Coalition is a local 501(c)-3 non-profit and was formed on June 18, 2018, when a group of friends gathered to bring hope and healing to the Tri-Cities. All were suffering from the trauma of substance use disorder.  Learn more about the Coalition and their mission by visiting their Website.

The Benton Franklin Recovery Coalition has been working in partnership with Benton County since 2018.  The Coalition was instrumental in helping the County obtain the initial grant for the Center in the amount of $2.7 million. In 2023, the BFRC formalized their relationship with Benton County by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding. This document provides the framework for collaboration between the two entities. The Coalition advocates for additional federal and state grants for the Columbia Valley Center for Recovery, while raising private funds for projects to enhance the services and environment of the Center.
