The Juvenile Division prosecutes juvenile criminal matters that occur in the unincorporated area of Benton County.
Prosecution includes advise to law enforcement officers during investigations, pretrial hearings, trials, sentencing hearings and appeals.
The Juvenile Division is responsible for the prosecution of all juvenile offenders in Benton County. It is responsible for cases processed and the prosecution of all felonies and misdemeanors committed by persons under the age of 18.
