Will McKay

District 3

Commissioner Will McKay was elected to the Board on January 1, 2021 to represent District 3, which includes portions of Kennewick, Plymouth, and the Horse Heaven Hills area.

Will was born and raised on a dairy farm in Meridian, Idaho where he also was involved in sports, leadership, scouting and church.  He moved to Kennewick in 1996. Commissioner McKay graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2006 with a Bachelor's in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Management. Commissioner McKay has been married 16 years with four children. He owns and operates two local businesses. 

Commissioner McKay's priorities in County Government include ensuring transparency in County Government, budgeting as well as finding ways to grow the community.
