Benton County now has an Ex Parte Docket

Protection orders will be reviewed at this time by the court. Please review daily schedule for assigned courtroom. Documents signed and filed during the Ex Parte docket will be available for purchase after 1:00 pm the next judicial day.
Public Access Terminal - Superior Court Files
We now have 2 public access terminals located on the 2nd floor of the Justice Center to allow viewing of court documents filed in Superior Court files. Documents that are accessible are those that are non-confidential. Case number is required to access the documents. Instructions on how to access documents is available at the terminals. Superior Court documents are no longer available on the public access terminal located on the 1st floor.
Now Available for Use: Secure Attorney Drop Box
The drop box is located by the Superior Court Clerk's Office which is located on the 2nd floor of the Justice Center. Attorneys may file documents or new cases in this box if you do not need immediate assistance by office staff. Documents placed in the drop box after 4:00 pm will be filed the next judicial day. (The Clerk's Office is not responsible for items placed in the drop box)

- Copy requests, copy of court proceedings requests, & record search requests: Requests may now be made online at www.bentonclerkpr.com. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card at this website. A convenience fee & shipping/handling fee may apply.
