POSITION VACANCY - Superior Court CommissionerIn accordance with GR 7(b)(1) and (2), the Benton and Franklin Counties Superior Court has begun its annual review of the current Superior Court Local Court Rules.
We invite you to review the existing local rules and submit any suggestions, additions, or amendments for consideration.
Please provide all written comments or proposed changes no later than April 8, 2026..

As proposals and comments are received, we will post them on our website for public viewing. We encourage you to visit the site regularly to stay informed of suggested updates throughout the review period.

Effective Monday, March 16, 2026, the following changes will take place:
- The Franklin County Pro Se Domestic Docket (Family Law Motions with no attorneys for either party) and the Attorney Domestic Dockets (over 10 minutes and under 10 minutes) will be consolidated.
- The consolidated dockets will be labeled “Domestic Docket”.
- The consolidated docket will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Mondays.
- Any matters currently noted at 10:00 a.m. must be re-noted to 8:30 a.m.
