Reminder:  Failure to appear at the conference may result in the other party being granted leave to file default/judgment against you.

• Briefly outline the EXTREME HARDSHIP that would be caused if you had to appear personally.
•  Submit your request one week (7 days) prior to your conference.
• Use of the form linked here is required, no exception.

READ CAREFULLY:

• If you do not get a response within 48 hours, be prepared to appear in person. 
• If you have permission to appear for your conference by Webex, you are still required to submit all mandatory pre-conference materials, such as a Settlement Position Statement or Joint Pre-Trial Report, via eMotion prior to your conference in accordance with Local Court Rules. Failure to submit mandatory documents or materials could subject you to sanctions.
