1. Generally. It shall be the policy of the court to use standardized court forms whenever possible. Pursuant to RCW 13.34.035, standardized forms are required in all dependency matters. Standardized forms are found at: https://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/ and on the Benton Franklin County Superior Court Website.
  2. Review. All court forms shall be subject to review by the Judges and Court Commissioners.
