Per Local Domestic Rule: Domestic Law Motions

  • Franklin County Relocation motions shall be scheduled using the special set process as detailed on the Court’s website (see link, below).
  • Benton County Relocation motions shall be heard only on the Domestic Docket – Over 20 on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m.
  • Franklin County Relocation trials  shall be scheduled using the special set process as detailed on the Court’s website (see link, below).
  • Benton County Relocation trials shall be scheduled using the special set process on the Court’s website:  Special Set Request for Relocations
