- Tuesday (BC):
- 8:15 AM: Domestic Docket – Over Tens
- 1:15 PM: Domestic Docket – PM
- 10:30 AM: Paternity Docket
- Wednesday (BC):
- 8:30 AM: Domestic Under Tens
- 9:00 AM: Domestic Docket – Over 20

- Instructions for Proposed Orders Submission: All parties must adhere to Local Court Rules regarding Proposed Orders, bench copies, and service to other parties. Note: presenting this does not satisfy your requirement to serve proposed orders on the opposing party/ies nor satisfy your requirement to upload proposed order to eMotion. The following procedures apply exclusively to the dockets listed above:
- Paper Form Submission:
- Both the moving and opposing parties must deliver paper versions of Proposed Orders to Superior Court Administration.
- Do not mark the orders as "proposed," This includes the case caption, the footer, and the body of the order. Ensure the required cover sheet is attached (see below).
- Cover Sheet Requirement:
- Proposed Orders must include the designated cover sheet. Orders submitted without it will be either rejected upon delivery or returned through Pronto. Orders mailed will not be returned nor held.
- PROPOSED ORDER COVER SHEET
- Deadline for Submission:
- Proposed Orders must be submitted to Superior Court Administration (in Benton County) no later than 3:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled hearing.
- Paper-based unsigned Proposed Orders will be discarded the following day.
- Rescheduled Hearings:
- If a hearing is stricken or continued, new Proposed Orders must be submitted by 3:00 PM the day before the rescheduled hearing. Note: the submitted orders will NOT be retained by the Court when a hearing is stricken, continued, or re-noted.
- Conformed Copies: Conformed copies submitted alongside Proposed Orders will be processed by the Clerk. Parties must comply with the Clerk’s requirements for conformed copies.
