1. Final Order Submission. Final Orders/Default Entry and this coversheet must be submitted to Court Administration not later than 3:00 p.m. five (5) court days prior to the hearing. This is a process for AGREED FINAL ORDER/DEFAULT ENTRY ORDER ONLY. If you do not have a court date set, do not submit your order through this process.
    • Information you will need: 
      1. Case number
      2. Judicial Officer - if known
      3. Whether submission is agreed final pleadings or default final pleadings 
      4. Docket:
        • Benton County
          • Pro se/self-represented litigant docket (Tues @ 1:30 pm) (must be submitted the Tuesday prior no later than 3:00 pm)
          • Domestic relations Under-10 docket (Weds @ 8:30 am) (must be submitted the Wednesday prior no later than 3:00 pm)
        • Franklin County
          • Domestic relations docket (Monday @ 8:30 am or 10:00 am)(must be submitted the Monday prior no later than 3:00 pm)
    • This is a reminder from the Bench:  Agreed final orders/default orders must be submitted to the Court as outlined below (to include the coversheet).
    • Agreed final orders/default orders, ready-to-sign orders shall be submitted to Court Administration (paper form only) by 3:00 p.m. five (5) court days prior to the hearing.  The parties shall use the Final Order Submission cover sheet (see below).
    • Please Note:  Final Orders submitted on eMotion (requiring the Judicial Officers to print) will not be accepted.  The Judicial Officers will no longer print the agreed final orders/default orders (these are different from the agreed temporary orders) that are uploaded to eMotion due to the cost of printing and paper then assumed by the court.
    • Reminder: 
      • If the agreed final orders/default orders are submitted on eMotion and not printed, the hearing will be continued by the court.  
  2. Copies. Should you want copies, please prepare to do the following (and notify the court): 
    • Provide a copy for the Clerk to conform and return to you through legal process; and/or  
    • Provide a copy and a self-addressed stamped envelope for the Clerk to conform and to send to you through the US Postal Service and/or;
    • Provide No copies.
