Franklin County (Mondays at 1:30 p.m.) / Benton County (Fridays at 1:30 p.m.)

Updated 8/1/2024 - The court will make every effort to call Unlawful Detainer cases at 1:30 p.m. and have them completed before the remaining under 10 civil matters are called.  However, circumstances may change the order the cases are called.  The decision will be up to the Judicial Officer/s presiding over the dockets.  Please be prepared to proceed at 1:30 p.m.  If attorneys are not ready when their Unlawful Detainer case is called the case may be continued or you will need to re-note the matter.  The remaining under 10 civil matters will then be called as soon as the Unlawful Detainer cases are completed.  There is no change to Over-10 matters and summary judgment motions.  Those cases will continue to be called after the Under-10 matters are completed.

  1. ERPP Expired.
  2. Ex Parte/WebEx.
    • Remote access via WebEx will be provided as follows and only if an email is sent to sccourtmanagement@co.benton.wa.us advising that an appearance at ex Parte is necessary:
    • Benton County:  Monday through Friday on the ex parte docket from 1:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.  See the Court's Daily Schedule for the assigned courtroom for the ex parte docket. 
    • Franklin County:  Monday through Friday on the ex parte docket from 1:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.  See the Court’s Daily Schedule for the assigned courtroom for the ex parte docket.
  3. Standing Order/Order Staying Writ of Restitution.
