- Except where expressly prohibited by GR 17, a document transmitted by facsimile or any other electronic means, or a copy of a document produced by other means, shall be acceptable for filing with the Clerk of the Court and shall constitute an original for all court purposes.
- The person responsible for the filing of the document(s) is no longer required to attach an affidavit or declaration pursuant to GR 17(2). Nothing herein prevents a party from challenging the authenticity of any document deemed an original under this procedure.
