Welcome to the Local Court Rules for the Superior Court of Benton & Franklin Counties, effective September 1, 2025, and Adopted Emergency Local Court Rules, effective January 1, 2026 (adopted Emergency Local Court Rule 3.5 and Local Domestic Rule 1(E)(4) and (5)). These rules reflect our ongoing commitment to clarity, consistency, and procedural fairness across all court operations.
