In accordance with GR 7(b)(1) and (2), the Benton and Franklin Counties Superior Court is beginning its annual review of the current Superior Court Local Court Rules.
We invite you to review the Existing Local Rules and submit any suggestions, additions, or amendments for consideration.
Please provide all written comments or proposed changes no later than May 1, 2026.
