Firearm Rights Restoration
Benton County Prosecutor's Office, Civil Division, will waive Civil Filing Fee on all Juvenile cases. Complete instructions are available in the packet.
To submit Indigency Screening Form:
- You must fill out and sign the Indigency Screening Form.
- Then you can either print completed form and turn into the Juvenile Court staff at Juvenile Justice Center OR you can email form to the designated Juvenile Court staff, jj.dependency@co.benton.wa.us.
- Once your form is received, it will be submitted to a judicial officer.
By signing the form participant agrees and acknowledges the information provided is true and correct.
