OPD is located within the Benton County Justice Center (Kennewick Courthouse) on the second floor down the hall from the County Clerk's Office. 

Hours

Open weekdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Front office is closed every other Monday for training from 10:00am to 11:00am
