To submit Indigency Screening Form:

  1. You must fill out and sign the Indigency Screening Form.
  2. Then you can either print completed form and turn into the Juvenile Court staff at Juvenile Justice Center OR you can email form to the designated Juvenile Court staff, jj.dependency@co.benton.wa.us.
  3. Once your form is received, it will be submitted to a judicial officer.
