Complete the form below to request a virtual appearance for your next court hearing. The request will be reviewed by a Judge and only granted upon good cause.

Approval must be obtained AT LEAST 3 business days before your scheduled hearing. 

Defendants charged with the following crimes are not eligible for a virtual arraignment. 
  • Driving Under the Influence/Physical Control
  • Driving Suspended First Degree
  • Assault Domestic Violence
  • Violation of a DV No Contact Order
Video appearances must be treated just like in-person court appearances. Defendants are expected to appear on time, dressed appropriately for court, and with no distractions. Additionally, you must have good internet, audio, AND video connection, as well as minimal background noise. Failure to appear virtually or failure to hear or be heard shall result in the hearing being stricken. It shall be in the court’s discretion to reset to a new date, issue a bench warrant, or require all future appearances in person.
