The Hope Hill Solar Project is an up to 500-megawatt2 (MW) solar photovoltaic (PV) generation facility coupled with an up to 500-MW battery energy storage system (BESS).  The proposed site is approximately 11 miles north of the city of Prosser and seven miles east of the Highway 241 and I-82 interchange.
