The County also uses rosters for some vendor or consultant procurements and small work construction projects under $300,000.
The County participates with a number of other Washington public agencies in using a shared roster database that is administered by Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC). MRSC established the Small Public Works, Vendor and Consultant database as a means of soliciting and notifying contractors, vendors and consultants about opportunities to respond to quotes, bids, request for proposals (RFP) and request for qualifications (RFQ). In order to be eligible to submit a proposal or bid you will need to register at www.mrscrosters.org. Make sure to select Benton County when registering your account.
Benton County uses QuestCDN for project bidding services for Public Works projects that are using the formal competitive process. The QuestCDN project number will be listed in the Request for Bids. Complete digital bidding documents are available on QuestCDN. Interested parties may view the plans and specifications by signing up for an account. Potential bidders who intend to submit a bid may download the complete bidding documents for a fee.
