Non-Payment of Rent Cases
If a tenant receives an offer for a reasonable payment plan, they need to respond to the landlord within 14 days. They should also receive a Notice of the Eviction Resolution Program. If they receive this notice, they should immediately contact the Tri-Cities Dispute Resolution Center to begin the resolution process.
