Aflac  provides supplemental insurance for individuals and groups to help pay benefits your major medical insurance doesn't cover.  Employees may purchase Aflac at their discretion.

Voluntary Term Life Insurance (VTL)

Each Full-Time and Full-Time Equivalent employee is covered under a basic life insurance plan.  Voluntary Term Life Insurance allows the employee to purchase additional term life insurance at group rates.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (ADD)

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Covers the employee in the event of an accident.  Losses covered include loss of hearing, loss of sight, paraplegia, etc.  Employees may purchase ADD coverage at group rates.
